2161 Transfer of websie

Hi, I need help to transfer my website [login to view URL] to a new host at ixwebhosting. My requirements: 1. All components and databases of the website must be fully-funcional on the new hosting as they were on the old. 2. The directory and domain structure should be the same as well. 3. We can provide full access to both the cpanel admin as well as the site's FTP. 4. SSH is not available at ixwebhosting. Pls advise when you can strat with the job and how long it takes.
