I'm in need of a [login to view URL] site. My budget is $250 and the time limit is 2 weeks. $75 to commence work and the rest upon completion. I've done the design and just need a php developer to program the backend. Needs to be perl/mysql or php/mysql. Project must be completed within 14 days.
