Create a Parser to Re-Arrange Data in Text File

Create a software parser for linux or windows (perl, C, C++, or whatever) that is able to rearrange data from a source file and re-write to a 2nd text file based on certain specifications. Note: Overall, the parser will take all text data and republish data to destination file. The key is the order the lines will be re-written. Some of the lines (based on specific data in those lines) should be re-arranged on the destination file to appear first. Take a look at the example attachment. There is a URL and some other stuff on each line. Any line that contains a # (pound sign) within the URL (the entire line should be re-arranged to go on top of the destination file) Any line that contains the word [ Activation ] in the source file should be rearranged to go to the top of the destination file. Any url that contains the word [login to view URL] in the source file should be re-arranged to go to the top of the destination file. All data from the source file will be re-written to the destination file. Again, all we are doing is taking the source and rearranging the data so that certain data appears on top. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Create an application parser or executable script parser for Windows or Linux operating system. Prefer Windows. Doesn't pay much but I leave great feedback :)
