71550 Email script enhancement

The web site in question is at [login to view URL] I need a check mail icon added to each page, including the inbox page. I would like to have some enhancements such as simple spam filters and the ability to check pop3 email. I would also like an option to provide paid email, but that is not mandatory. Also, there is a problem that when you receive email, you have to log out and log back in before it will show in your inbox. If these fixes can be done, or if there is a complete script I could buy that would be a complete and professional mail service, I would be interested. Thank you.
