Perl/Flash Uploader/progressbar for Filehost

Hello! I have a Filehosting website that's currently in PHP that needs a flash upload/progressbar. I have a full ActionScript for you to integrate into my current website, you will probably have to use Perl too. I will supply you with the needed files and you will successfully integrate the ActionScript/SWF/Perl so that it works 100% If possible, after the file is uploaded via Flash it should show something like this; [login to view URL] And once you click the "Download now" button it should a captcha like this before you can download the file; [login to view URL] I need this done as soon as possible, if you feel like my price is too low, let me know and i will see if i can match yours.
