RFC to CODE

I would like an application to convert RFC's to related algorithms. Example: take this RFC [login to view URL] and convert it to the ZLIB compression algorythms. This should work for ALL RFC's. This will be used for generated protocol related algorithms and other standardized functions. This can be in any language on any platform.
