Convert Adobe Flex Calculator to Branded Web Gadget / Web App

Our client has a Adobe Flex calculator that computes savings made if a company takes certain steps to avoid electrical costs. We would like to convert this to a widget or web app that can be used on partner websites that will promote our client with branding "Powered by <client name>" and a hyperlink to our client. For partners the widget or web app should be easy to place on their site by just adding some code. If it's possible to allow partners to select the colors used in the widget / web app so they can match the colors they use that would be great too.
