PHP Contact form fix / Simple Keyword Search Engine Fix

PHP Contact Form: Old programmer created this contact form on a different server....possibly on an old version of PHP.? I am now managing the website on a new server, PHP 5...and contact form is not sending email to me when submitted. Also Simple PHP / MySql keyword search engine script is not working on the new server also. I need that fixed also. For someone with knowledge of PHP, this will probably only be a few minutes work to fix it.
