43962 Custom Hyip lister

Hyip lister/monitoring site. -Custom script, no cookie cutter remake!!! -Template, I have a themed design in mind so design must follow this theme. -Must be search engine friendly or SEO(would like to be found!!) -Must be able to complete everything, not just script or design but project as a whole. First off I will start by saying this is my first website and it will need to be fairly user friendly with an easy to maintain admin panel (I have looked over the Goldcoders admin panel and it was decent but mine would probably be a little more simple) Everything including the page titles will go along with the theme (kept secret until under work). I would like to take different aspects from different hyip-monitors scripts and blend them together with my own custom design design to fit the theme. (so someone artistic in designing would also be needed) I have many different pictures that I would like incorporated and I have already made a mockup start page ("click to enter" type page) that I would also need redone to look better (maybe also some simple gif animations incorporated) And I also would like to incorporate a lotto system script to go into this one.... Very simple and basic but following the theme and in the same website..Not just linked to. Site will also need rotating banners and maybe thinking of google adsense. Entire site will be working with Egold for ad purchases and hyip listings. This will be a full start to finish job... right from helping me register the domain name, having it installed and hosted, all the way to having it up and running to my liking. This site will instantly be introduced to an audience of thousands so it must be bug and problem free!!!!! And since I don't have a huge budget I would also be willing to allow the designer to place his ad link or banner on the bottom of every single page to be viewed by many, just as part of the deal. I would prefer someone that can show me some of their work and someone that is familiar with hyip listing scripts as well as someone that can easily change a script to my liking as this shouldn't be like any other one out there. (so custom scripting is mandatory) That is also why you should have a design and artistic background to have fun with the theme I will be working with.
