Experienced software low language troubleshooter project

Experienced software low language troubleshooter project is needed I have different applications that I have developed and others that I legally owe - that I need be able to install. some are locked to my PC, and I need to be able to use software that I have developed or purchased on more than one PC. I need an assistance in installing the software on more than one PC. I have a lot of work and once I chose the coder, I will upload here the work to be done and the todo list. The coder needs to be: 1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis. 32 Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 4) Work fast 5) Work independently 6) Be able to troubleshoot independently. We will then agree on the price and the due dates.
