SUNSHOP Ajax, PHP, XHTML, MySQL

We have installed the shopping cart Sunshop from TurnKey ([login to view URL]) and a modification, a multi language functionality, was created so that our clients can choose between two languages. The mod supports both a static front end and a dynamic, database driven, back end. There's also a secure area. However, the mod that was created fails to “load” the products from the database for first time clients or those who have emptied their browser cache. This means that all the categories for our products fail to show up on screen unless a client first chooses a language. Even then, when a client goes into their cart to start the checkout process in the secure area, the categories disappears and so do their selection unless they select a language a second time. The cart “remembers” their products but they shouldn't have to select a language again, expecially when they are in the default language. What we're looking for: 1) The cart already came with a language pack that was loaded by default and gave the site a unique language. That language pack is chosen in the admin panel of the cart. It should be there by default and the second language loaded up only if someone clicks on a flag for another language (In our case, French is the default language and English, the second choice). 2) Be it the language by default or the chosen language, they both must work in the secure area. The client should not have to select again. 3) Lang file needs to be translated into Russian, Remove the french and replace it with Russian lang file (which is provided by you!) 4)We have a custom multilanguage mod, which is not installed in our cart. 1. We would like it to be installed in sunshop 2. Fix it to work/function properly 3. Make sure all the features work properly 4. when you go from the normal to secure mode on the client side, you have to select the language anew, as if the cookie hadn't been set or maybe even it's been reset. - This needs to be fixed. 5. all the automatic emails sent that aren't translated- need to be translated. The current mod is in english/french. I want it to be English/Russian. What we provide: - The details of the modifications (which files, what & where code was modified); Requirements for this project: - Only programmers with experience with Sunshop will be considered. We will ask for references; - Your code must be documented clearly in each php file and you must specify which files where changed. You agree to transfer all your rights on the code once the project is completed; - We would like this project to be completed with in 3 days of project award date.
