Video Site / YouTube Type Video Site Needed

I'm looking for you to create a video site that focuses on "How To Videos" for me. I want to use ClipBuckets scripting.. or something just as good. I like a layout like dailymotion. It's nice and clean. Here's the script link the template [login to view URL] I havn't bought it yet, but I can. So here's what i need: 1) Help me find a low cost unlimited hosting company for the video site 2) Install the Clipbucket scripting or similar scripting if you have it 3) Install templates 4) Identify and install adsense, and banner advertising 5) Do a quick logo, nothing fancy, just something to identify the site and css color 6) Load the site with a good amount of videos either embeded or uploaded 7) Load a FAQ, How To, Copywright and general pages that video sites normally have Shouldn't take less than a days' worth of work if you have done this before. YOU WILL NOT BE CHOSEN UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE SETTING UP VIDEO SITES and give examples of your work in the PM. YOU MUST GIVE EXAMPLES in the PM OF THE VIDEO SITES YOU HAVE CREATED. do NOT bid if you do not have Video sites in your PM to show me. This may be ongoing work to maintain the site.
