VLDPersonals Dating Software Theme Customization

We have most of the GFX and theme completed for VLD personals but we need someone to tie it all together and revamp navigation throughout the site. Be have a registration page done and main page that we want fully implemented, working captcha, field validation, etc, before letting a user into the backend /dating software. This script is written in php and it very easy to work with, I just need someone with a better flare for it than myself. Overall this project will include the following: -Some php code -Implementing existing graphics and design into template files -Modifying CSS to fit design -Creating a simple navigation to be consistent with the site (I can even do this part) -Consistent header / footer throughout dating site, chat and forums. (minimal work on the chat and forms, theyd just need the wrapper and css. -As a side project possibly creating 10 - 15 24x24 dating "gift" icons, we can discuss in the bid You can either modify existing template or use it as a skeleton to create a new one. We request commented and nicely formatted code throughout. For an experienced designer, particularly someone with vldpersonals, punbb, phpbb or kayako helpdesk template customization experience (as it appears they copied their code) we think this should be a pretty easy project.
