Fix upload problem on handshakes

I am having a problem with my handshakes site, when uploading large videos uber uploaders progress bar is not being displayed, the site will just freeze until the video has finished uploading in the background which it then redirects me to the video upload successful page. The progress bar will display on smaller video uploads. I need someone to fix this problem. I am on a shared hosting account. Looking forward to working with you!
