After confirmation from driver that the car has been drove to the agreed location, admin will update as “Closed” and will be archived. --> We recommend you take the confirmation from the Customer also that he/she has reached that particular location. 2. Customer Particulars For admin to update, retrieve customer particulars. (More details will be provided once project is awarded) --> How this will be done need to get some idea as this can reflect our bid if the change is more. 3. Will there be integration of Google map, SMS notification feature etc so that communication takes place also how the Customer registers to the site and what is the procedure to register?
