Need someone to add a feature to WP Plugin. I have the code.

Hello, This is a really quick job. I basically need someone to add a redirect function to a mobile detection WP Plugin. I WILL PROVIDE THE PLUGIN! All you have to do is: 1. Add a redirection code to the plugin so that whenever someone accesses the site where this plugin is installed the person gets redirected to the page that the blog owner specifies in the settings of this plugin. 2. Add analytics feature where the plugin can measure the number of views the URL mentioned in the "MOBILE REDIRECTION" has got and the number ,time spent on the redirect page (optional) and the number of times "SKIP" is clicked. Skip will be an option on the redirect page most of the time, in case the blog owner chooses another URL then it is not going to measure "SKIPs". 3. Make a seperate menu for it. Right now it does not have a seperate menu for it. Image of what I call the menu is attached. 4. Rewrite all the code and make it 100% unique. PM Me for questions. That is it. This has to be completed within 36-48 hours. I have attached the plugin file and the code that can be used for redirection. *instructions included in the zip file.
