Simple Lap Timing Software

Hi We need some very simple software writing which is very simple and we can provide the design for it, this is for PC and Mac as it requires use of the keyboard keys. The software is for a racing and setting lap times for race teams. They want it so its a simple piece of software which can track multiple track times for multiple cars (probably max 32 times), each car/user is set and given a name, and then assigned a start/stop button on the keyboard. The start/stop button will track each lap time for each car, so for example car A is assigned and given 'Q' for it's start/stop time, and car B is assigned 'W'. Once they have started then eventually stopped the timer by pressing the same button the lap time is shown. They need to be able to choose and assigned also which is going to be the start/stop button for each car. A list of features the software will need are: - PC + Mac compatible - Serial number input - Free 15 day trial - Multistart button/function - Display Gap between first car and the rest of the cars - Down to 3 decimals (i.e 0.000) - Ability to add photo and name and number - Ability to delete times - Ability to edit lap time (if incorrect) - Sort function, fastest time first - If multiple users cross the finish line there needs to be a 'catch up' button (for e.g 'shift'), which the user presses if they see multiple cars/users cross the finish line then after they've pressed it then they enter the users unique keys after in the order they went over the line, giving them more time and not having to press all the keys all at once - We will want to sell this software for more than just cars (for example swimming,runners etc) - Save + Export file function (Microsoft access database / Microsoft excel, possible PDF?) - Ability to add your own logo to the software - When exporting the logo to appear on the export file (top left) - Email export - Print function - 1 year licence, thereafter they will need to pay for the next year (same as anti virus software) There are a couple of points we wanted to mention but aren't sure of integration factors, i.e is it possible to track cars via webcam? can we add hardware via USB for example a laser pointer and have it integrated? although these are all matters which aren't part of this build and are more queries for further development.
