Web Page Application

Hi, we are looking for someone to make some sort of application for a product web page that allows the user to upload an image, see the image placed into a mockup, resized, repositioned and move their uploaded image over our image whilst on the webpage. The design then gets sent to us when the order is placed to check their design is appropriate and process the order. We are an online body jewellery retailer and we want to introduce a custom range of flesh plugs (ear stretching jewellery) that allows the user to put whatever (within reason) on a pair of wooden plugs. The design will be laser engraved so the image they upload needs to altered upon upload to essentially a black outline, but the image should look like its engraved onto the picture, like a photoshop smart layer would. You can get an idea of what we want here from one of our competitors: [login to view URL] Although we want ours slicker than this and like I said to actually look like their design has been laser engraved and not just a black image placed on top.
