Moniter & Get Rid of Copyright Infringers

We have a serious and on going problem with copyright infringers who operate on ebay as well as from their own websites selling versions of a software program and ebooks that are owned by our company and we want it to stop once and for all. At any given time you will find 10 or more vendors selling our material on eBay without permission from us to do so. At any given time you will find many more selling our products from their own personal websites and we need both problems to be taken care of. Some people have even had the nerve to take our product and rename it as something else. Since most of the items are digital (downloadable software [login to view URL] ebooks)it is easy for them to do. Your responsibility will be to locate copyright infringers and get them to permanently stop selling products that are owned by our company. You may have to do this in whatever way is most effectives, be it sending them a cease and desist letter, calling them, emailing them a copyright infringement notice and/or also notifying ebay that our rights are being violated to hopefully prevent this problem of allowing people who do not own rights to a product to claim ownership to it and resale it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
