Barcode READER OCX Code39

I need a barcode reader OCX created to recognize a Code39 barcode embedded on a TIF scan. The OCX needs to find the barcode top-to-bottom, left-to-right, right-to-left, or bottom-to-top. Code39 bar code only. It just needs to find it, and report back the information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform VB6, win NT, 2000, XP, etc
