PHP Statistics Script w/ VB

This php4 script must accept a username and password, and be able to accept single and multiple paramaters from a Visual Basic Program. For example: [login to view URL],pass=PASSWORD,players=10,maps=20,banned=35 It should be able to do the following as well [login to view URL],pass=PASSWORD,players=10 and [login to view URL],pass=PASSWORD,maps=20 When the visual basic program calls the above url(s), the php script will take a flat file to store given values. Then it will create a .shtml file that is based off of a template, and will plug in the values in the flat file. The reason why it needs a flat file, is so that in case the vb program will only give one or two paramaters, instead of all that is possible, the php script will only update the needed values in the file. Every call to the script will require a username and password, and then the values. The script will only execute if the username and password is correct. It must be possible to have multiple username and password. That information can be stored in the script itself, flatfile, or a mysql database (not preferred). A simple template should be used when creating a html file from the values flat file. It should use some variables as place holders, which will be replaced by the script with the real values. For example: <<maps>> would be replaced with the number of maps <<banned>> would be replaced with the number of banned users. The reason for the template, is to allow me to easily plug in the resulting file into an existing web page. It should be easy for me to add in additional values into the template, as needed. It should be easy for me to add in additional paramter options to the script when needed. The vb program must use a winsock control to conduct transaction of data. It can not use the Inet nor Browser controls. I believe this project should be quite easily done for someone who knows php and vb. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Should run off any platform that supports PHP. ## Deadline information No special condition. I do need the VB source code, and the PHP script as well as other sample files (template, flatfile)
