theater booking system component

Need a component to draw the seats in a theater from a database to select them interactively for seat ordering. The seats are numberd and divided in classes. The component works with an background image (for the form of the theather) and small bitmaps for the drawing of the seats. The seats are objects, with evens and several visible statuses (database driven sql server). (reserved,sold, not availeble, etc) The component schould expose click event,selecting multiple chairs and an mode where the categorie of chairs can be selected. The categories should be distincted colored. The component is to be written in vb .net or c# This is the first part of serveral components needed. We are looking for an good longtime relation with the coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working component in executable form in an example application as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) basic documentation of all features. 3) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform VB .net or C# SQL server 7.0 (no stored procedures or views)
