Before you bid on this project you MUST be familiar with the following websites in terms of functionality. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] google plus [login to view URL] The idea is simple to build a website which encumbers features from each of those websites. It will be a brand new site which will be heavily influenced by them. For example the facebook feed, reddit style voting etc. What I need! I need someone with the talent to program said website. They will need to think outside the box and be able to work out functionality and features and be able to implement them. The Budget is set to small but if work is good it will be on going payments. I pay as I see progress so if you do a good job on features I will pay extra. You must have skills in developing php but not only making it look good too so some graphical design but it won't be a graphic intensive website. The website needs a host for it so you need to have a dedicated server to host it on and upon completion of version 1.0 of the site it will be moved to a server I create.
