Web based Picture Downloader

Hi, I need your help to build a website that easily can let people download the full-sized pictures from Googles search results. Also it should be able to download videos when people make a such search. FEATURES: - Only list files smaller or larger than x kB/MB. - Use the SafeSearch slider. - Select/Deselect pictures/videos before download by clicking on them. - Use different top level domains, for exampe, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and so on when searching. - If a user would like to adjust the SafeSearch slider he needs to signup as a premium user. In other words, pay a small monthly fee via PayPal. (Simple member signup via PayPal.) Anyways this is not rocket science and will only take more or less time depending on how fast you are. Time is not such as important as the result here. Everything should work as said and shown in attached picture. If you can deliver this as I want it in a reasonable time, I will give you more jobs.
