Web development, penny auction project

Descrition: A complex and unique penny auction site needed. We looking for experienced web developer with abilities to create various mathematically interrelated applications, components, mobile version, graphics and templates for a new penny auction business model. Non-disclosure and work for hire agreement will be provided for you to sign before hand (all the rights will be transfered to client no exceptions). There will be some custom applications/softwares, which will be discussed in future contact, on top of regular penny auction scipt . Also, a simple one page for the pre-launch purpose wil be required. We prefer to modularize all the features for easy control and update. You will have to advise us which plattform (php/asp.net ...) will be best suitable for speed and security of the website. Please do not provide us with copy of codes which are floating around, use your own libaries and modify accordingly. We are fully awared of the complexity of a custom web development process and will pay for a high quality, stable, fully tested, bugs free and secured software. We expect that you research the concept of penny auction before you bid on and have a client center attitude because after the project has been awarded to you, there will be a long list of requirements for you to fullfill.
