Admob.com clone needed for Blackberry Mobile and Mobile Internet

Hi, I am looking for someone to complete the development and cloning of the [login to view URL] website for the Blackberry Smartphone and Mobile Internet as opposed to the iphone. I would like the coding for the web system to be developed from scratch and not copied. I have already had the web design template developed for this website in HTML so this is primarily focused at the development only using the template i provide to produce the additional pages. Within this phase you would be required to develop and deliver the completed project. This will includes it fully working and tested and uploaded to the web hosting. It should be delivered ready to launch to the public. This will include a CMS panel that i can use to administrate the website. There is also a payment system within the website which will need to be implemented so that customers payments can be processed. I would want the coder? to decide which payment company is best for this once they have analysed th [login to view URL] website. Please ask me any questions that you are unsure of. The functionality shall be a clone of the [login to view URL] website accept it will cater for the blackberry smart phone applications as opposed to iphone applications. The coder should decide what is adequate for this. The website needs to be viewable on all major web browsers including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome and Safari Browser for the Apple Mac. Please suggest any other broswers you think i may have missed out from this list. Please can the coder let me know what hosting package is suitable for this in the meantime so that i can make plans to purchase it.
