Rogue Dialer Detector

A background utility to detect rouge dialer. It should maintain a list of dial-up numbers. If there is any RAS connection activated that's not in this list, should disconnect and warn users. Remove invalid dial-up entries (not in allowed list) from dial-up networking. Prefer C++ with minimum dependencies, best not even MFC. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
