Small Delphi 7 / Apollo Database Project

Please review the attach MS Word Document for project details. The project is a simple three form database program that will allow the end user to add, modify, delete, or lookup cross reference numbers. This project will use Delphi 7 with all updates, Developer Express Quantum Grid 5 and Editors (latest version), and Apollo 6.1 database components. A background in Clipper or FoxPro is desirable. Also knowledge of accounting practices and Abacus accounting would be a plus. Knowledge of Apollo 6.1 local database components is an ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT. Please do not bid on this job if you have not used these components as we have found the learning curve unacceptable for new coders and knowledge of the library's limitations essential. Good English communication skills by email, instant messenger or Skype are also necessary.
