Website template for Ice Cream Vendor

Hi Designers, I am looking for a CREATIVE designer who will design the template for an ice cream vendor / company who makes ice creams for health conscious people. I will provide the logo, company mascots - and any other image that you want from [login to view URL] or www.fotolia.com. Some directions to get you started: 1. I need one Home page and one Inner page (in PSD format) 2. Please be as creative as possible - am not looking for the usual design - it must convey the message - hip, cool, fun, healthy, sporty, fast moving ICE CREAM company. 3. If you can add SOME Flash to it, I will pay extra. Questions: 1. Can you show me your best designs? 2. Will you just provide PSD or slice it as well. I will pay extra for slicing to tableless HTML and CSS. 3. How fast can you do this? 4. Can you add Flash to it? (Optional) Please ask me any questions that you may have. Happy Bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
