Website Fixes and Updates -Zen Cart and Wordpress >>EASY

Hey guys! So from what I've read, these problems should take an hour to fix. There are TWO problems, one with Zen Cart, and the other with my WordPress theme. Problem #1 ZEN CART: [login to view URL] << There are warnings on the top of the page of the admin panel. The warning that need to be fixed: "Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Tools->Server Information to review patch levels." Problem #2 Wordpress Theme: I just purchased a theme that I LOVE, but unfortunately I can't use the WordPress 'menus' function to change the menu around. The error you must fix: "The current theme does not natively support menus, but you can use the “Custom Menu” widget to add any menus you create here to the theme’s sidebar." I have researched how to fix these problems myself, and I probably could, I just don't have the patients and am afraid ill mess something up. WHATS IMPORTANT TO ME: Affordability, not so much how fast you do it. I'm also looking for someone who will be around to work on the website in the future when I run into further problems.
