Website developer - Long-term relationship

Hi I need to find a website developer for a long-term business relationship. The projects that you´ll get is: Small to large websites. With flash, Intranet, Calendar, Newsletter. They should be made in open-source CMS (Joomla, Typo3 or your own CMS) ?ou´ll be payd per project. All projects will be posted in here on RAC.
