Hi, We propose to custom code the website using either Symfony 2 or CodeIgnitor. Both are MVC frameworks based on PHP and are extremely scalable. We are also familiar with using Github for version control and repository as well as with AWS. We are also expert in database indexing , Cloudfare CDN service for media load balancing . User/visitor load test etc and Caching means temporarily hold your page in a server location so if someone open same page twice then 2nd time page load very fast then the 1st time. Questions: 1. What will be the data feed format? Will this be done through any API, XML as well or only through CSV? The data display can be done in two ways.... 1.1 Parse the data from the source site and displayed directly on your website. This usually happens if the feed format is either through and API or XML. A copy of the data can be stored in the database. 1.2 Data is first stored in the database and the site frontend queries the data from the database as opposed to point 1. This usually happens if the data feed is in CSV format. 2. Please provide a sample of the data feed. Accordingly we will need to design the database. When it comes to an online mobile marketplace, you need to have an excellent hosting infrastructure. Shared servers are a big no-no. As you can see I do web development for a long time so I am familiar with web tech: javascript, jquery, angular js, css, html, databases (mysql, maria db, postrgres db). I do have 2 things: 1. What do you think of creating this shop in rails/ruby and not PHP? I know both and I am able to create it also in PHP, but I seriously recommend ruby. 2.
