Please explain what you mean by "Automated emails only outgoing" - do you mean emails will be sent to clients with invoices as attachments? Also these invoices will be listed in the application and admin will make them as paid? Complete details will enable me to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly. This can be done by reading excel file from PHP library that reads it as a CSV file or simply XLSX, depending on your preferred format.
