Create VIsual Editor Similar to Wix that Exports WordPress Theme

The goal of the project is to create a WYSIWYG web page layout editor similar in function to Wix, that can export the site as a WordPress theme. Rectangular objects are placed on a grid to define the parameters of the Header area, Main Content area, Side Bars areas, and Footer Area. Preset icons for logo, menu bar, slider, text box, image, video, blog. Widgetizing a designated area of the theme is accomplished by dragging the Widgetize Icon \"W\" into that area. Pages are created which automatically add links in the menu bar. Pages can be arranged hierarchically by dragging the 4-arrow icon. Text is edited in place. Font colors are editable appear as they will. User can preview finished site. User may then export the layout as a WordPress Theme. When installed and activated, the Theme will appear identical to the version previewed.
