My quote doesn't include variety of templates and graphics. Please have realistic expectations when you decide to get something built for far less because it will not get launched very easily. Then. 1st at all Im developer, not a designer. All the project we can divide on some parts. 1 Architecture of site creating system. We must discuss what feautures will be svailable on users sites. Then Ill crate system base with serverside logic. 2nd part is developing some system modules and base trmplate system. 3d part - creating main site with registration and some feautures. We must use some template or to buy some design. 4d part is creating templates for user sites. I can create some technical documentation and how to create templates. For these money I can create 1 example template but we will need a designer for it too. After that we must discuss how to create other templates. It will be several project.
