Create a Wordpress Plugin

A formatted spec is in attachment; The plugin should be designed to facilitate smooth communication and management between three user roles: Back Office Staff, Maintenance Technicians, and the Ordering Department. Key Features & Functions: User Roles: Back Office Staff Maintenance Technician Ordering Department Information Flow & Functionalities: For Back Office Staff: Ability to log a new maintenance job into the system. Each job entry requires: Job title, job description, and an automatic timestamp. Initial status of the job will be set as "In Progress". For Maintenance Technician: Receive email notifications for new jobs. View a list of assigned jobs from their login dashboard. Ability to open, view details, and add notes/comments to the jobs. If the job is resolved, they should have the capability to update its status to "Resolved" with a corresponding note. Upon this action, the job should move from "In Progress" to "Finished", and the date and time of this status change should be recorded. For Ordering Department: A distinct section within the plugin interface to manage parts required for jobs. Entry fields for parts include: Title and description. Upon entry of a new part, an automatic email notification is sent to the ordering department. The part's status updates include: "On Order", "Part Ordered, Awaiting Delivery", and "Processing". The ordering department should be able to update these statuses as necessary. Once a part is received, either the back office staff or the ordering department should have the ability to update the job status back to "Processing" so the maintenance technician can continue the job. Reporting Requirements: We require the ability to generate reports from the plugin that offer insights into the performance, efficiency, and timeliness of the jobs and technicians. Specifically, the following reports need to be available: Jobs Completion Report: Ability for a user to select two dates (start and end). Report will display the number of jobs completed within this period. Job Duration Insights: Calculate the average length of time jobs take to be completed from their start date/time to their resolution date/time. Display this average as a specific duration (e.g., "Average Job Duration: 3.5 days"). Technician Response Time Report: Determine the average time taken by technicians to first respond to a job after it has been assigned to them. Display this average in a suitable time format (e.g., "Average Response Time: 4 hours"). Job Resolution Duration Report: User can enter a date range. Report will list out all the jobs within that period, showing specifically how many days each job took to be resolved from the time it was entered.
