joomla expert needed but individual only

hi i want the individual who know joomla. he should be expert in joomla in developing and implementing the module, customize it etc. i want providers as a co workers please read my terms i will provide you work list and price for that work lists or tasks. you have to complete it till the client satisfy and the payment would be done once the client clear that tasks is over and once we get paid. please if u don't accept this terms than please DON'T bid on this project. thank you
