Joomla tweaking

If you type [login to view URL] it goes to [login to view URL] 2) The mod_rewrite (or whatever it is in Joomla) doesn't work properly E.g. the URLs are in this format [login to view URL] We want above to be [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] 3) Sitemap has to be done both in php and Google .xml dynamically. Install module if available. 4) We want to tweak title tag so that we can change it any time. Right now the title tag takes the variables from the website and echoes it. 5) Any other small tweaking.
