Magento template with cache/session problem after upgrade from 1.7.0.1 to 1.9.2.1

We do run a Magento multistore shop (4 websites, 2 templates) and seem to have a problem (session or cache?) after we upgraded from Magento 1.7.0.1 to Magento 1.9.2.1.
Along with this upgrade we moved to a new server using Varnish cache. While we receive orders every day without any problem, some customers mention problems not being able to put items into the cart (cart is empty after you hit "add to cart" button) or not able to log in or finish the checkout.
If you are interested in this project we would request our stores to work without problems for:
1. add items to cart
2. customer login
3. checkout / placing the order
for: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, iexplorer
It might be a template issue, because our template comes from an earlier version (maybe like formkey?).
I can provide the URL to the stores at any time if you would like to take a look at the website.

I am John and I just recently worked on a Magento website upgrade with this same issue. This could be the template or other modules/plugins installed. I'd have to diagnose it.
Typically it will take me between 24 - 48 hours to get it fixed, depending on the cause of the bug. And in a worse case scenario, we can always modify the core for the meantime to get your website running.

Magento 1.8 above version have some new features, called form key.
If its not present on the form like
add to cart form, login for, registration form it will not gonna be work,
only refreshed the page.
So I need to integrate the form key on each page.
