Members area

A very simple members area is what I need using session control. root folder will have login screen page, which will goto a folder called members, I also need a admin folder, members can not enter the admin folder. Admins can delete and edit members, I dont need profile pagea just that a member can sign up with a Email address, usrname, password (COnfirm Password) name membership number and telephonenumber. On sign up they have to confirm a Email that is sent to them on registration then they get access to the members folder.
