60 Mins. Count Down from Current time at form submit do it now get paid now!

I have a form, once it's submitted to my handler page (a php page) i want to display a counter that counts down from 60 minutes to 0 then displays a phone number, and other text on the page. I already have the form and the handler just need the count down script and the display of the final result. Pay will be on script completion. i will not pick a programmer unless you create the script first, since it is such a easy script. I'm to busy to write it at the moment or else i would do it.
