Modification for Laravel Shipping platform and exchange Tookan to OptimoRoute

We have huge system made in Laravel, which is used for our Delivery company, we work that way people order in Shopify and WooCommerce, and we support both those platforms, when order comes in they can be pushed over to our platform, our drivers will pick it up, it will be sorted in our warehouse and then it will be assigned to drivers. So the flow is like this: Store purchase -> Into our platform -> Assigned to driver inside Tookan. We would like to exchange Tookan to OptimoRoute, and make some modification, and we need person that is specialized in Laravel framework and SQL management. We also have some other things that need to be taken care off, like fixing our WooCommerce plugin and so on. We only pay hourly rates, and we give great bonuses to people that is confident and work fast, and we are talking about hundreds of EUR Person working in our application and get access to our Github will have to agree to NDA agreement. We are looking for long term relationship, and only access direct to the developer, middle man connection companies will not be accepted.
