We need a Wordpress/Visual composer expert to move site content from our existing theme to a new theme that we have picked out and implemented. There are 37 pages on the site and 14 blog posts. All elements are required to use the correct component in visual composer. The menu designs and page layouts are already in place but, the freelancer will need to do css element changes to match the existing site. The old theme does not have visual composer. All pages will need to be moved over manaually to be sure the page looks correct on the new theme.
