I Need a business partner in Nigeria - open to bidding

I represent a product called XFT we are looking to expand in Nigeria. This business is very lucrative and anyone can do it, but it is not for every one. I need help getting my product into the hands of people who can use it. The product will save users 20% on the fuel each much, reduce repairs, and reduce harmful emissions by 1/3.
