[Menu 2] "Access Codes" - Administrators can set a number of Access Codes assigned for each Users. - Each forms that will be created by Users will have a Unique Access Code. - Users "CANNOT" Create, Preview and Print Forms if they are do not enter the correct Access Codes. - Users "CANNOT" delete a created form. They can only modify. - Access Codes can only be used One-Time. Example, if a user have access code "abc" for form "XYZ" then after generating form this "abc" access code will not useable again. c. [Menu 3] "Users" - This page will have the "LIST USERS", "ADD NEW USERS", "EDIT USERS" and "DELETE USERS" Sub-Menus - This will also show the total number of Access Codes assigned to each Users and the total number of Access Codes consumed by each users d. [Menu 4] "Announcement" - The Administrators can set an Announcement that will be seen on the Home Page of Users when they Log-In - They can also set Contact Information here that will be shown on the Home Page of Users when they Log-In *** Separate User Control Panel and End-User Control Panel *** User Control Panel Menus/Pages: a. The Main Page after the User has Login will show the following Statistics: - Number of Allocated and Used Access Codes - Number Generated Forms - Contact Information and Announcement of the Administrator b. [Menu 1] "List Forms" - This page will have the List of Forms created by the Administrator - A Sub-Menu for "Generate Form" where users after clicking it will need to input the Access Code before he/she can see the Form - After the Users entered the correct Access Code, they can now Type/Enter/Input data on the Variable Fields of the Form - Users can Preview and Print Data - Users cannot delete a Created Form - Confirmation Prompt is needed before the form is created
