Recording of BBB through PHP custom website not playing

I have PHP custom build website which has BBB interface configured. Some recordings work fine but couple of recordings stopped working. Not sure what all recordings that are affected and why? Need your help to troubleshoot and fix the problem completely. Personally, I think this can be simply the mismatch of training ids or clash of some sort.
