Replace my wordpress player for a new one

Hi, i have a wordpress site with 408 pages and 322 post. Almost 80% of this page/post contains a embeded video using an old plugin video player that we need to replace for a new one. The thing is we want to avoid do it manually. Your Job is to find a solution or do it manually yourself. The plugin we are using generates a short code like this: [flv:http://VIDEO URL http://Image URL with height]  If you are reading this please contact me with codeword: lucino We are planning on migrate all the videos to [login to view URL] plugin but we are open to any other suggestions. Even if you just tell me what automated solution to use i'll assing the project and consider it as completed. Thanks in advance
