Simple Website on VPS server

I want someone to help me setup a VPS server in Linux and set it up as a blank website with 4 tabs on the top for me. After that point you’ll tell me how to access the vps and website. I may also have questions about how to upload content. I’ll pay for VPS hosting but I’ll want to talk to you about which one. I don’t want its IP address to be visible in any way. I also want it hardened against hackers. It will not have a comments section, a contact me area, ads or video. I just want to upload my content and walk away from this project and not worry about it getting hacked. I really appreciate your bids and anything outside the above scope will be a cost addition. I'm pretty funny but I cant guarantee I'll have any good jokes while you work on my project. -Paul
