Transfer my WordPress site to a new server and speed it up

I have a small website using the Avada theme which I would like copied onto another server. I want the original website left where it is, but just a copy made and setup on another server. The copy of the site needs to be fully functional and also I need a few minor modifications made to the site. These are as follows. 1) Remove the phone number from the top of the page. 2) Remove the address and map from the contact page. 3) Select to block the search engines within the WP admin area. 4) Remove the blog section of this website. 5) Remove the FB link in the top right hand corner of every page. 6) Make all forms send to a different email address from the email address they currently send to. 7) The headline should be first, but should be much smaller and all fit on one line when viewing it on any of the following mobile phones; iPhones, iPads, Samsung Galaxy 5, Samsung Galaxy 6 and Samsung Galaxy 7. 8) Remove the about us and smart meters buttons from the page. 9) Remove all the content from the home page from the Quick Facts title downwards. 10) Remove all the images from this page apart from the supplier logos, field and windmill background and Ark Utilities logo. 11) Also make sure the page does not try to load them even if the page is not displaying. We need this page to load much faster. 12) I would like it to score at least 85 on Google Speed Check [login to view URL]
