Hello It is microsoft file format. So it isnt very well. But still possible Isnt very well because they always change their format. Ill need to see Your files to work with them I can research their file format and create scripts wich will read it - im professional on it. There are no good libraries wroten to do it so ill need write it myself. In all cases I need to know few answers 1- will You update data sometimes? or only once upload it? How often You will update these files? 2- isnt easier use some SMTP service instead (with automatic updating data)? 3- must it be integrated in some Your specifically site or i can use fully independent system and You will implement it in site via link or iframe?
